Think The Traitors Australia is better than the UK or US? Fan-favourite star wants to put rivalry to the test

The Traitors had us all questioning whether we’d be a Faithful or betray our nearest and dearest when it hit screens and since its launch, the game show has gone global – and then some.

Kicking off in the UK last November on BBC One, with Claudia Winkleman at the helm 22 strangers participated in one big round of a Mafia-esque charade.

After her stint in the Scottish Highlands, fan-favourite Traitor Amanda Lovett expressed her yearning for a cross-country series.

The Welsh estate agent, 54, revealed she had given up her job and was ready to take on the Australian and American contestants to prove Brits did it best.

Speaking on the red carpet at the National Reality TV Awards, Amanda exclusively told Metro.co.uk she was keen to have another go at winning the £100,000 cash prize she narrowly missed out during her telly debut.

The budding reality star explained: ‘I would love if they had all the traitors from different shows like the US and Australia and put us as Traitors and Faithfuls and see how we act.

‘I think put us all together and see who the best traitors are!’

Amanda opened up about life after finding over-night fame on the BBC fixture and shared: ‘It’s been phenomenal, I’ve been embraced by the LGBTQ+ community and well it’s my new family.

‘I never thought I could feel so much love from a community, it’s been fantastic and the opportunities – I’ve given up my day job, it’s just been a total change.

‘It’s lovely because I went in there and I thought the older women you know, we can still have a go of things, can’t we!’

She pondered bagging another job on the box and admitted that, ‘some NDAs have been signed but I will be on your screens again definitely’.

When questioned which popular shows would tickle her fancy, she already had some picks lined up and revealed she was itching to dust of her dancing shoes.

‘My children would love me to do the jungle because I made them eat greens from when they were like three years old so they’d love me to see me eat all that but I’d love to do a dancing one,’ the TV personality joked.
