Eddie Kadi and Nigel Harman might be facing each other as competition on Strictly Come Dancing 2023, but it seems like the pair have an unbreakable bond.
On last night’s episode of the BBC series, the remaining couples in the competition – with the exception of Amanda Abbington and her partner Giovanni Pernice – returned to the dancefloor once again.
Eddie and his partner Karen Hauer wound up at the bottom of the leaderboard with a score of 24 out of a possible 40 for their Samba – prompting fears of the couple being put at risk of elimination by a ‘new curse’ – while Nigel and his partner Katya Jones received 29 from the judges for their Foxtrot.
Tonight, viewers will find out the results of the public vote, to discover which two couples landed in the dance-off and who will be sent home.
Ahead of the results show, Eddie, 40, shared an adorable post about actor Nigel, 50, on his Instagram Story, demonstrating how close they’ve become over the past few weeks.
The comedian, who also celebrated his dad’s birthday on his Instagram Story, uploaded a picture that he took showing a framed photograph of himself with Nigel.

The duo appear to be standing in a dressing room, with the first picture showing Eddie beaming and the second showing him nuzzled up to a grinning Nigel.
Attacked to the frame was a note, which we would assume might have been written by Nigel.
‘It’s the little things xxx,’ the note read, as Eddie captioned his post: ‘My guy @themeditatingactor,’ tagging the former EastEnders star alongside two diamond emojis.

Eddie previously opened up about Nigel being his roommate while they take part in Strictly, so they’ve evidently been spending a lot of time in each other’s company.
In the first week of this year’s Strictly, Nigel and Katya topped the leaderboard with their Paso Doble, when the judges awarded them 32 out of a possible 40.
Two weeks later, Eddie and Karen achieved the first 10 of the competition for their brilliant Couple’s Choice routine to Men In Black for Movie Week.
However, they narrowly missed out on topping the leaderboard that week, as they were beaten by just one point by Angela Scanlon and Carlos Gu.
The Strictly results show airs tonight at 7.15pm on BBC One.
