Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss’s estate has been settled four months after the American dancer and TV star died without writing a will.
The Ellen DeGeneres show cast member took his own life last December when he was just 40 years old, leaving behind his wife Allison Holker and their three children.
Boss and choreographer and actress Allison were parents to their daughter Weslie, 14, and son Maddox, 7, as well as Zaia, three.
Following his untimely death without a will, a court in America dealt out his assets months after the tragic news broke.
It was reported that the Superior Court of California decided: ‘Half of Stephen’s monetary earnings from his work as a choreographer, producer and more have been granted to his wife.’
E News! also revealed that their conclusion was drawn on 26 April, four months after the tragic death of the star in Encino, Los Angeles.

During the proceedings, the dancer’s wife Allison apparently ‘filed a California Spousal Property Petition, to prove to the court that she is Stephen’s wife.’
The filed petition supposedly noted that Boss ‘owned nothing of value at the time of marriage.
It went on to state that he ‘did not receive any assets by way of gift, devise or bequest during the marriage, and all existing assets were acquired during the marriage, by virtue of the work, skills and efforts of the parties.’

The document supposedly agreed that Allison was ‘granted earnings that include half of Stephen’s interest from 100% of his shares of Stephen Boss Productions, Inc., half of the interest from his Goldman Sachs Investment account, half of his interest in royalties from Cast and Crew Production Services and half of his interest in royalties from Disney Worldwide Services, Inc.’
Allison shocked fans when she confirmed her spouse’s death on December 14 in a statement that read: ‘It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to share my husband Stephen has left us.
