The suspect alleged to have stabbed a soldier in the street repeatedly as his wife watched on in horror appeared “dead behind the eyes”, according to a witness.
Following the attack, the serviceman in his 40s is fighting for his life after he was knifed by a masked attacker who fled the scene on a moped. The soldier suffered “serious injuries” in the attack, which happened in Sally Port Gardens, Gillingham, at 5.55pm on Tuesday, according to police.
