A convicted sex offender in Oklahoma shot and killed his wife, her children, and two other teenagers before shooting himself, police said.
Jesse Lee McFadden, a convicted felon and registered sex offender, killed six people at a rural property in the small town of Henryetta before turning the gun on himself.
The victims were identified as McFadden’s wife, Holly McFadden, 35, her children Rylee Elizabeth Allen, 17, Michael James Mayo, 15, and Tiffany Dore Guess, 13, and two other teenagers, Ivy Webster, 14, and Brittany Brewer, 16.
All of the victims died from gunshot wounds to the head, Okmulgee County Police Chief Joe Prentice said at a press conference. McFadden used a 9mm handgun that was purchased in January 2022 by Holly McFadden.

Brittany Brewer was one of the other teenagers at the home, who had spent the night at the McFadden’s to celebrate a birthday
Ivy Webster, along with Brittany Brewer, was reported missing when she did not return home on Sunday
The police chief said that three of the girls – Webster, Brewer, and Allen – were found ‘150 yards apart from each other, and approximately a quarter of a mile southeast of the McFadden residence.’
The other four victims were all found together in the same location, Prentice said.
Investigators have not determined a timeline of when the killings took place, but the police chief said that it appeared that McFadden may have moved the bodies.
‘That scene appeared to be staged. That is my opinion based on what I observed,’ Prentice said. ‘I think the bodies had been moved from where they had been originally killed.’

McFadden was convicted in 2003 for the sexual assault of a 17-year-old girl. He was sentenced to 20 years in prison, but he was released three years early in 2020 for good behavior.
McFadden was also caught and charged for soliciting nude photos from a 16-year-old girl with a contraband cell phone while he was still in prison in 2016. He was released for good behavior while still facing these charges.
McFadden was due in court on Monday, May 1 on the solicitation charges – the same day the horror scene was discovered at his residence in Henryetta.
A victim who was set to testify against McFadden at his trial shared text messages to local station Fox 23 that the convicted felon sent her on Sunday night.

‘I did exactly what I promised I would do when I got out I got a great marketing job making great money and was being advanced been there 2 years now made a great life like I promised I would do with you,’ the first message reads.
‘Now it’s all gone,’ McFadden continues. ‘I told you I wouldn’t go back. This is all on you for continuing this.’
At the press conference, Prentice said that his office was aware of the messages sent to the victim, and that she was interviewed
‘He tried to lay blame for his situation on her,’ Prentice said. The police chief said he could not determine if the messages were sent before or after the killings.
Chief Prentice declined to comment further on what McFadden’s possible motive was for the massacre.
‘The evidence is Jesse McFadden murdered six people and then killed himself. Beyond that, I don’t know what his thought process was. Whether he planned this and if he did how long – I don’t have any evidence’
