Hospital probe into claims of strangers witnessing operations: Multiple staff members at the University Hospital of Wales are under investigation.
Allegations that strangers were allowed to watch surgeries on unaware patients. Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is conducting the probe. This follows earlier reports of a “toxic culture” within the hospital’s theatres, including claims of racism, bullying, and drug use.
