Prince Philip will: Documents sealed for 90 years to protect Queen’s ‘dignity’
The Daily Express says Prince Philip’s will is to remain secret for 90 years to protect the “dignity and standing” of the Queen, the British High Court has ruled. Following royal tradition that dates back to 1910, the Duke of Edinburgh’s will is to remain sealed in accordance with the Queen’s wishes. There will be a “private process” in 90 years to establish whether to publish the contents of the legal document.
Sunrise host Edwina Bartholomew reported: “The details of Prince Philip’s will have been sealed for the next 90 years.
“Britain’s high court ruled the documents will remain secret in order to protect the Queen’s dignity and standing.
