Boris Johnson vows “unwavering support” with £100m in arms for Ukraine, according to the Sunday Express. The paper reports that Mr Zelensky praised the British PM as “one of the most principled opponents of the Russian invasion”.

The Observer – PM pledges new arms during surprise visit to war-torn Kyiv
Boris Johnson made a surprise trip to Kyiv to meet the Ukrainian president, pledging a major new infusion of British arms and financial aid to the country, reports The Observer.
The paper also runs quotes from unnamed senior Conservatives, who say the crisis in No 11 has ended Mr Sunak’s hopes of becoming prime minister.
The Sunday Telegraph – Full-scale Nato military force to defend borders
The Sunday Telegraph reports a full-scale NATO military force will be deployed on its border to combat future Russian aggression. The paper leads with quotes from the head of Nato, Jens Stoltenberg.
He tells the paper the alliance is undergoing a “major reset” to significantly increase its military presence in countries bordering Russia.
The Sunday Times – Sunak’s wife escapes No 11 goldfish bowl
The Sunday Times reports Rishi Sunak has moved his family out of Downing Street after a week in which the Chancellor considered resigning amid pressures over his wife’s tax affairs.
The paper echoes the Mail’s claim that the chancellor is considering resigning to protect his family, reporting that some of his friends believe he could quit politics entirely.
