Parents forced to queue for school uniforms after supply shortage
The Metro says children going back to school in less than a week’s time will be without some of their uniform following major supply issues.
Parents are now having to join queues outside uniform shops across the North East as they struggle to get hold of certain items.
It comes after some schools in Lincolnshire introduced new rules for mandatory logos on uniforms, but supplies have not met demand.
Families were seen lining up at Uniform Direct in Grimsby, where some stock was available but most had to be ordered in.
