    Strictly Come Dancing contestant Nick Knowles is on the front of The Sun with his arm in a sling – potentially jeopardising his future on the show.

    The paper says he injured it changing a tyre when he broke down on the motorway.

    The front page reports ministers will review the soft sentencing of paedophiles following the Huw Edwards case.

    Kier Starmer’s upcoming speech at the party conference also makes the front page as the PM is set to announce a shake-up on firms flouting visa rules.

    Nick Knowles’ Strictly future hangs in the balance after nasty injury – leaving star ‘extremely upset’

    NICK Knowles has injured his arm – leaving a question mark over his future on Strictly Come Dancing.

    Insiders said the DIY SOS star was set to have a meeting with BBC bosses today after hurting himself yesterday while changing a car tyre.

    A member of the public spotted Nick, 62, wearing a handmade pashmina sling on his arm in White City, West London today.

    They told The Sun: “Nick looked really downcast.

    “He had his arm in a makeshift sling and seemed pretty miserable.”

    Nick, who is paired with Luba Mushtuk, danced the jive during the first live show on Saturday night and got a score of 18 from the judges.

    MANDATORY jail time for online paedophiles such as Huw Edwards will be ­considered in a new review into sentencing.

    There are fears at the very top of Government that perverts sharing the worst child sex abuse pictures have been treated too leniently.

    The Sun has launched a Keep Our Kids Safe campaign demanding all sickos convicted of viewing Category A images are jailed.

    Eight in ten convicted over child abuse images avoid jail with watered-down sentencing guidelines, the National Crime Agency says.

    The review will consider strengthening the punishment for such offences against kids.

    It follows a public outcry after ex-BBC presenter Edwards walked free with a suspended sentence.
