Tory party still full of Remainers! Leaver fumes at Boris for giving in to EU
The Daily Express: BORIS Johnson’s Conservative Party is still stuffed with Remainers and Lord Frost quit because he feared a Brexit compromise was inevitable, former MEP Ben Habib has said.
Speaking to GB News a year on from the UK severing ties with the EU, the former Brexit Party MEP said: “The Tory wheel is a very confused one. It’s got loads of Remainers still in the party and it has got a Brexit hardcore faction. “And Lord Frost is torn between these two – nobody really knows if Lord Frost is a Remainer or a Brexiteer by the way. “Nobody knows how he voted in 2016. It’s very dangerous to think of Lord Frost as the embodiment of what Brexiteers want.”
