Metro leads with the story of a teenager who helped to murder his five-year-old stepbrother then dump his body in a river.
The paper says 14-year-old Craig Mulligan, who can be named after a judge lifted an anonymity order, moved into the same house as the five-year-old just five days before he was killed. Mulligan was sentenced for the murder alongside Logan’s mother Angharad Williamson and her partner John Cole, who were jailed for a minimum of 28 and 29 years respectively.
