A man living with a horrific skin condition has described the excruciating pain he deals with as ‘cut glass’ that burns him.
Don, who has psoriasis, reveals that the skin across his body is like an elephant’s, and he can barely move without it cracking open.
He tearfully reveals the ‘vicious’ effects of living with the condition in a preview clip for Dr Pimple Popper.
The TLC reality programme follows cosmetic surgeon and dermatologist Dr Sandra Lee helping patients across America, and Don is now looking for help.
‘My legs look like a dry mud bed,’ he begins.
‘My feet look like nothing I’ve ever seen before.
‘My back looks more like elephant skin.’

Don goes on: ‘I’ve got patches on my arms, and I have psoriasis on my private areas too.
‘This condition is really painful, it’s like your skin is cement.
‘You’re all dry, if you move, it cracks open.
‘It’s like cut glass, burning.’
According to the NHS, psoriasis is ‘a skin condition that causes flaky patches of skin which form scales.’
He tearfully adds: ‘Vicious, vicious way to live. I wouldn’t wish this on my enemy.’

After sharing his heartbreaking story, Don has been showered in support from viewers.
One wrote: ‘This is so sad 😞 I really hope he is able to find help and a solution.’
‘Poor thing,’ another said.
This comes after an eight-year-old girl detailed the daily difficulties and discomfort she has faced due to her own skin condition.
‘I have this horrible skin condition,’ Wynter says, before revealing it started when she was just six months old.

Her mum then explains: ‘She had a rash that popped up on her inner thigh that was the size of a quarter.
‘It started to spread like all through her legs, and its predominantly now on her arms.’
Wynter’s mum took her to see ‘a few different doctors’ since she was a young age, revealing she has been diagnosed with ‘psoriasis, eczema and scabies’.
‘It’s very itchy,’ Wynter adds.
She says: ‘It’s worse when I wear polyester or wool, it gets better with lotion or when I take showers, because it clears it up.’
This season on Dr Pimple Popper, Dr Lee has helped a woman with maggots in her toes and a man with 400 tumours across his whole body.
Elsewhere, the show has followed someone with a ‘third boob’ on their shoulder, a tearful grandad with a ‘plum sized nose’ and a woman who had a piece of lead stuck in her hand for 45 years.
Dr Pimple Popper airs on TLC in America.
