Madonna was one very proud mum as she heaped praise on her son Rocco Ritchie’s art exhibition after he was unveiled as painter Rhed.
The Material Girl, 65, whose Celebration tour kicks off in London on Saturday, branded her son’s collection at the Frieze in the capital ‘remarkable.’
It was very much a family affair as the Like A Virgin hitmaker, who shares Rocco, 23, with director Guy Ritchie, was joined by her daughter Lourdes Leon, as well as pal Stella McCartney.
Rocco’s secret life as an artist was exposed when he was unmasked as the mysterious expressionist painter Rhed, whose work fetches up to five figures.
Rhed – or Rocco – has exhibited his work elsewhere across London over the past few years, including at the Chelsea art gallery, Tanya Baxter Contemporary.
Rocco has certainly inherited his parents’ flair for creativity, as well as fashion, having sported an eye-catching 70s look that looked straight out of his father’s film Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels at Paris Fashion wWek earlier this year.

The artist posed at the Saint Laurent Womenswear Fall Winter 2023-2024 show in a vinyl black mac, black trousers and highly polished heeled boots.
He added to the overall vintage aesthetic of his outfit with a white shirt he wore with popped collar and a pair of large orange-tinted shades.

It comes as Madonna reportedly introduced Rocco to her boxer boyfriend Joshua, 29, during her birthday celebrations in Lisbon.
Rumours began that the pop icon was dating Joshua earlier this year following various snaps of them together, though neither has publicly confirmed the romance.
The new relationship follows her break-up with ex-lover Andrew Darnell, 23, at the end of February after five months together.
As well as Rocco and Lourdes, Madonna is mum to David, her third child, who she adopted from Malawi in 2006 when he was 13 months old.

At the time, she was still married to Guy but they split two years later after their eight-year marriage.
She also adopted Mercy James, now 17, while twins Estere and Stella, 11, are the singer’s youngest children, who she adopted when they were five years old in 2017.
