During the pandemic, they reunited while isolating together and decided to start the process of surrogacy to welcome their second child – but things crumbled when it was confirmed that he had secretly fathered a baby with Maralee.
They eventually went their separate ways but introduced Tatum last summer and have remained close to co-parent their brood.
The Kardashians returns to Disney Plus on Thursday September 28.
