Rapist movie mogul Harvey Weinstein to be extradited to LA for sex assault trial
The Mirror says rapist Harvey Weinstein is to be extradited from New York to Los Angeles to face further sex assault claims.
The disgraced movie mogul held his head in his hands on Tuesday when a judge ruled he can be flown to California for trial.
Judge Kenneth Case rejected arguments by Weinstein’s lawyer paperwork to move the 69-year-old was not in order, and he should stay in New York to get appropriate medical care.
