The Sun – Harry’s pants sell for $250,000
The Sun claims a pair of Prince Harry’s black boxer shorts, allegedly worn by him at a Las Vegas party, were later sold for $250,000 (almost £200,000) by party girl Carrie Royale.
The paper tries to connect the story to Jeremy Hunt’s budget. The paper’s editorial asks: “Is 2p too little too late?” It says that in ordinary times Hunt’s “solid and thoughtful” Budget might have been acclaimed but that the Tories remain adrift in the polls and that that statement contained no game-changing measures.
