Girl, 13, charged with attempted murder after school stabbings is remanded
A 13-year-old girl has been remanded to a youth detention centre after she was charged with stabbing two teachers and a pupil at a school in South Wales.
She was charged with three counts of attempted murder at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court after a stabbing at Ysgol Dyffryn Aman in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire on Wednesday.
Fiona Elias and Liz Hopkin were identified as the two victims of the knife attack at the end of morning break on Wednesday.
Both are now understood to have been released from hospital.
