The Food at 52 cookery school in London is giving a class on how to make the official “Coronation Quiche” ahead of the crowning of King Charles III on Saturday May 6. Seven decades after the lightly curried Coronation Chicken dish was created for Queen Elizabeth II’s crowning, King Charles III and his wife Camilla chose a dish that does not contain meat but instead features beans, spinach, broad beans and tarragon, in keeping with Charles’ green environmental credentials.
