David Beckham’s earnings for 2023 have been revealed – read them and weep.
The former Manchester United star, 48, took his career down a new avenue this year with the release of his Netflix documentary, which premiered in October.
Revisiting the dizzying highs and crushing lows of his football career, the four-parter also lifted the lid on his family life and marriage to Victoria Beckham, 49.
It’s thanks to the record-breaking docuseries – which attracted 3.8million viewers during its first week – that Becks enjoyed a hefty payday, as it was worth £20million.
Company figures released on Friday (December 29) also revealed that David Beckham Ventures Limited and Seven Global LLP made an eye-watering profit of £72.6million thanks to sponsorships and David’s production company.
A source spilled to The Sun: ‘It’s been a golden year for Goldenballs. The Netflix documentary deal was worth over £20million alone and its huge success has been vindication.

‘David continues to be flooded with commercial and partnership offers and has never been more in demand – despite retiring 10 years ago.
‘The couple are on course to make over £100million next year, which is quite astonishing.’
And it’s not just David who has earned a pretty penny this year.
Proving themselves to still be the ultimate power couple, Posh and Becks only strengthened their empire, with fashion designer Victoria turning a profit for the first time in 15 years.
Victoria’s fashion and beauty brands have racked up losses of over £66million since launching in 2008.
However, the former Spice Girl is now ‘thrilled’ at the sight of her latest financial accounts, as her company was £200,000 up in 2022.
Shoppers have been splashing out on VB’s handbags (some of which retail for almost £1,000) and make-up (with lipsticks costing £37), with social media believed to have played a huge part in her marketing strategy as she regularly promotes her products on TikTok via tutorials.

One in-demand product in particular that her team has been fighting to ship out following an influx of orders is her satin kajal eyeliner, priced at £30.
Sources close to Victoria say the liners’ popularity derived from videos on Instagram, where fans were shown how to apply them and recreate the signature Posh sultry eye look.
A friend of Victoria’s added that she is ‘so happy’ to have turned her business around, which started life as a small range of dresses 15 years ago.
If other reports are to be believed, Victoria’s earnings could skyrocket in 2024, as Netflix bosses are reportedly eyeing her up too.
The Wannabe hitmaker could be bringing her own life story to the small screen, as discussions have been ‘ongoing since the summer’, with TV execs keen to get the ball rolling.

A source told The Sun in October: ‘This will be a documentary exploring Victoria’s meteoric rise in the fashion world; how she’s built a fashion and beauty empire from scratch.
‘The focus will very much be on the business brand, but will detail how she had to overcome the naysayers post-Spice Girls and defied the cynics.’
