In a stunning tirade of accusations, Wagner Group head Yevgeny Prighozhin in a video released on Telegram on Friday publicly alleged that the Russian defence ministry had deceived the Russian president and public about the reasoning behind launching Russia’s “special operation” in Ukraine.
