Britney Spears showed off her impressive dance moves as she posted a clip of herself pole dancing to Instagram.

Singer Britney displayed that her dance moves and flexibility were just as on point as ever, for a star that was known to perform elaborate choreography during her concerts.

Dressed in a leopard print underwear set with matching fingerless gloves, the Hold Me Closer hitmaker, who has penned an upcoming memoir due out later this year, completed her ensemble with black heeled boots.

‘Got this pole two days ago and last night was my first time on it !!! 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🌹🌷🌷’ she wrote in the caption alongside the post, where she had turned off comments.

The star, who routinely posts videos of herself dancing to her Instagram account, at more than one point held herself up with just her arms on the pole, spreading her legs out wide in an enviable display of strength.

She also added in full rotations on the pole as well as some of her signature tight twirls as part of her freestyle dancing.

Britney recently got candid with her fans after sharing her thoughts on ‘horrific’ Botox injections, declaring she was ‘done with it’ and seeking alternatives due to side effects of the expensive treatment leaving her looking like someone ‘beat me up’.

Botox is short for Botulinum toxin, which relaxes and paralyses the muscles in your face, causing wrinkles to smooth out.

Britney recently revealed she had sworn off Botox (Picture: JB Lacroix/WireImage)

‘I did Botox and I wasn’t really happy with it because it swelled up my forehead and therefore made the heaviness of my eyelids droop over and it literally looked like someone beat me up and to pay that much money to look like someone beat you up for the first two weeks… what’s the point?’ she Britney in an Instagram video.

Pain and bruising around the injection site, droopy eyelids and eyebrows, and headaches are all common side effects of Botox injections.

In extreme cases, there is a risk of botulism, which can cause nerve damage and respiratory failure as the toxin can spread in the body.

Instead, Britney raved about a newfound alternative treatment, which she deemed as better because it’s ‘like putty and it sticks’ meaning there’s ‘no needles’ – and at a much lower cost.
