The scandals surrounding the cast of Glee will be explored in an upcoming documentary, by Discovery+ and ID, it has been claimed.
The series ran for six seasons between 2009 and 2015, following the glee club at a high school.
Lea Michele led the cast as Rachel Berry, alongside Naya Rivera, Matthew Morrison, Jane Lynch, Cory Monteith, Amber Riley and Dianna Argon.
However, despite numerous award nominations and wins, the program was marred by devastating deaths and scandals.
A new docuseries, which currently doesn’t have a title, will reportedly delve into the behind-the-scenes issues, events and drama that overshadowed the musical comedy-drama, including allegations that Michele created a toxic environment on set.
Michele later responded to the allegations in a lengthy apology, explaining that she ‘clearly acted in ways which hurt other people’.
