LA court drops lawsuit from Michael Jackson accuser A lawsuit against the Michael Jackson estate has been dismissed by an LA court. A judge ruled Wade Robson cannot sue the late popstar’s businesses over the childhood sexual abuse he alleges he suffered. Robson appeared in the documentary Leaving Neverland and is expected to appeal the decision.
