Amanda Bynes’ family are not said to be considering placing her in another conservatorship after a reported psychotic episode.
The Easy A actress was allegedly found naked and roaming the streets in downtown LA in the early hours of Sunday morning.
According to reports, the 38-year-old flagged down a car and said that she was coming down from a psychotic episode.
She is thought to have called 911 and was taken to a nearby police station, where TMZ reports that she was placed on a psychiatric hold.
Insiders have since told the outlet that her parents, Lynn and Rick, have been left concerned for her wellbeing over the incident.
However, they have reportedly ruled out any plans to put her in another conservatorship – one year after she was freed from the court order by a judge.

They have also ‘taken comfort’ in Amanda recognizing that she was in trouble and taking steps herself to get help, the outlet says.
The Nickelodeon star is reportedly receiving treatment in hospital, and will remain there for several days.
She was first placed under a conservatorship a decade ago, following a series of mental health and substance abuse issues.

Judge Roger L Lund said at the time: ‘She’s done everything the court has asked over a long period of time.’
After the news, she thanked those who had offered their ‘love and well wishes’.
‘I would also like to thank my lawyer and my parents for their support over the last nine years,’ she said.
‘In the last several years, I have been working hard to improve my health so that I can live and work independently, and I will continue to prioritize my well-being in this next chapter.’
