In his first full day of his second term, US President Donald Trump fulfilled several campaign promises and key Republican talking points on Tuesday, by moving to end policies promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Trump scrapped 78 such executive orders signed by former President Joe Biden, initiating a new era of uncertainty for minority groups.
