Harry Kane issues warning to Gary Lineker after England’s performances in their first two Euro 2024 games.
Kane, who scored in the second Euro 2024 group game against Denmark, which ended in a 1-1 draw after Morten Hjulmand’s equaliser, did not take kindly to Lineker’s foul-mouthed critique, telling the former striker, “You should know better.”
England entered the tournament following a home defeat to Iceland in their final warm-up match. They bounced back with a 1-0 victory over Serbia in their opener, but the underwhelming draw against Denmark led to calls for manager Southgate to make changes for the final group game against Slovenia.
