In last week’s season four premiere, the Poosh owner, 44, found herself in a vicious fight with sister Kim Kardashian, branding her a ‘narcissistic witch’ in shocking scenes.
The Skims businesswoman, 42, sparked huge backlash with her response, telling her sibling that the family have a secret ‘Not Kourtney’ group chat where they ‘voice their concerns’ over her happiness.
Although the pair shared the screen in a confessional shortly after and seemed to be over their issues, the mom-to-be was nowhere to be seen in the latest episode of their Hulu show, appearing to take a back seat from filming over the drama.
However, Kim quickly reached out to Kourtney while shooting her own on-camera interview, as she went down memory lane to reflect on a bizarre prank they used to play on unsuspecting men using phone sex hotlines when they were teenagers.

It was down to Khloe Kardashian who outed the pair, joking that they used to ‘call 1-900 numbers and ask gentlemen to meet them’ at the nearby shopping mall.
Unpacking the trick, Kim told the camera: ‘We would talk to these guys, we would be 15, and they would be like, “Okay, yeah, meet me at Blockbuster or at the mall”.
‘We’d see the poor guy and we’d stand him up. We’d take a Polaroid and we’d have a book of Polaroids of these guys that we would stand up at the mall.’
Phoning her sister, who appeared over speakerphone, she asked: ‘Do you remember the hotline number?’
Unphased, Kourtney replied: ‘Yeah, I know it by heart.’
Without skipping a beat, Kim dialed the number and realized it was still in operation, with an automated message stating: ‘This is … Where naughty is nice. Your live chat starts now.’
As Kourtney declared she was hanging up, the mom-of-four attempted to chat to a singleton, introducing herself as ‘Samantha’.

‘Hey Samantha, my name is Chris,’ the man on the other end of the phone responded, clearly clueless over he was really talking to. ‘I’m over in Ventura, California.
‘I stay in Ventura County,’ she added, before panicking and hanging up, joking that she had to ‘save that number’ herself.
