Several men with a pontoon boat who got into a massive brawl with a dinner cruise captain over a parking spot have been identified.
One of the brawlers, Richard Roberts, 48, has had his mugshot released. Roberts wears a navy blue polo shirt and no smile or expression in the picture from the Montgomery Police Department.
Roberts turned himself in to police in Selma and was transferred to Montgomery. He has been charged with two counts of third-degree assault for fighting Damien Pickett, a co-captain of the dinner cruise Harriott II, the New York Post reported on Wednesday.
Two other friends of Roberts have also surrendered to cops – Zachary Shipman, 25, and Allen Todd, 23. Their mugshots have not yet been released.
More than two dozen people were involved in the fight that erupted by Riverfront Dock on Sunday evening.
