Former President Donald Trump could have his mugshot taken – if he is slapped with a fourth indictment.
Trump on Tuesday was indicted for a third time as a Justice Department special counsel charged him with four counts related to his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.
While the January 6 investigation was the focal point, a sheriff in Georgia that same day said preparations are underway for a possible indictment against Trump in the Peach State.
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is investigating efforts by Trump and his allies to reverse his election loss in the state. The probe began more than two years ago, after the release of a January 2021 phone call Trump made urgingGeorgia’s secretary of state to ‘find’ votes to put him ahead of Joe Biden.

‘All I want to do is this: I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have, because we won the state,’ Trump said in the recording.
On Tuesday, Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat said officials will follow their regular procedures if Trump is indicted.
‘Unless somebody tells me differently, we are following our normal practices, and so it doesn’t matter your status,’ Labat told reporters. ‘We’ll have a mug shot ready for you.’
