The Foo Fighters’ performance on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury Music Festival 2023 was electric to say the least, with the band bashing out their classics in their hour-long slot.
During their final moments on stage, the group’s frontman Dave Grohl took a moment to pay homage to the late Taylor Hawkins, their former drummer who died last year at the age of 50.
‘I would like to dedicate this song to the Mr Taylor Hawkins,’ he said, before they began performing Everlong.
‘So let’s sing this one loud, we’re missing Taylor.’
As the crowds began to chant Taylor’s name, Dave looked up to the sky, pointing to the heavens with a smile on his face.
