Body of missing 16-year-old girl found in park as children played in snow
The Daily Mirror says Police have confirmed that a body found in a park is that of a missing 16-year-old girl. Amber Gibson.
Amber Gibson’s body was found in Hamilton’s Cadzow Glen Park in Lanarkshire as children played in the snow on Sunday morning.
It has now been identified as the teen who was reported missing in the Hamilton area on Friday and police are appealing for information, reported the Daily Record.
Detectives quickly closed off Cadzow Street and the park to the public after the body was found and the road remained closed for most of Monday as investigations continued.
