Volodymyr Zelensky has called for Vladimir Putin to be prosecuted at the International Criminal Court. The Ukrainian President made the comments during an unaccounced visit to The Hague today, nearly two months after the ICC issued an arrest warrant for the Russian leader. Zelensky went on to say a special court should be opened, spesifically to investigate and prosecute Russian crimes in Ukraine.
