A woman with a large lump on her shoulder has shared her fears of it ‘exploding’.
Debbie has had a mysterious growth coming from her upper arm for 15 years, and she’s now seeking help from Dr Pimple Popper.
Cosmetic surgeon and dermatologist Dr Sandra Lee helps patients across America, which, this season has included someone with a ‘third boob’ on their shoulder, a tearful grandad with a ‘plum sized nose’ and a woman who had a piece of lead stuck in her hand for 45 years.
The TLC reality programme has elsewhere followed the likes of a woman with maggots in her toes and a man with 400 tumours across his whole body.
In a preview clip ahead of the season finale, Debbie explains: ‘My bump feels like a jellyfish.
‘The blood vessels are so large, I’m not sure what they’re connected to.’

She goes on: ‘I have a huge fear because it makes me wonder if it will travel to my heart.
‘Or if it would just explode and it’s just very concerning about what it’s going to do next.’
This comes after a preview for Dr Pimple Popper showed a man with a lump on the back of his head who compared it to ‘cheese’ and even named it Larry.

He explains: ‘This is my bump Larry. It’s the size of a lemon, almost.
As he squeezes the lump on the back of his head, he continues: ‘It feels almost like cheese.
‘It’s liquidy in certain spots, like right here it’s soft and right here it’s firm.’
Dr Pimple Popper airs on TLC in America.
