Who is Millie Bright? – England’s summer captain looking for World Cup glory
Millie Bright is a key defender and an important player under Sarina Weigman. She played a pivotal role in the EURO 2022 win, helping to steer the team to success and inspiring a new generation of young footballers.
With Leah Williamson out of action due to injury, Millie Bright has been named captain for the summer tournament. She’ll have support from goalkeeper Mary Earps – who’s been named Vice-President.
