This weekend will see Hollywood celebrate the achievements of the best and the brightest with the 96th Academy Awards ceremony aka the Oscars.
The annual film awards ceremony will take place on Sunday March 10 at the Dolby Theater in Hollywood, California.
With nominations announced in January, Oppenheimer has been leading the charge as favourite to take home the win; with many predicting that director Christopher Nolan and star Cillian Murphy have it in the bag for their respective categories – with Oppenheimer also given the nod to take best picture too.
In his category, Cillian will face off against Paul Giamatti for his turn in The Holdovers, and Colman Domingo in Rustin.
