    Sir Chris Hoy: Finding Hope (BBC One, 8:00 PM) 

    Sally Nugent sits down with Chris Hoy for his first TV interview since revealing his cancer diagnosis is terminal. The six-time Olympic champion talks about the heartbreaking moment he told his family and the huge response since going public. He shares how he wants to bring hope to others with stage four cancer and how he wants to raise awareness and testing for prostate cancer

    Episode 1: Lucan (BBC Two, 9:00 PM) 

    The body of Sandra Rivett was discovered on November 7, 1974, and the chief suspect was Richard John Bingham, seventh earl of Lucan, the father of the children that Rivett was employed to care for as nanny. However, the earl disappeared and was never brought to justice. Thirty years after the event, Hampshire builder Neil Berriman discovered he was Sandra Rivett’s biological son and began a search for the truth about the murder of his birth mother.

    The Titan Sub Disaster: The New Evidence (Channel 5, 10:00 PM)

    In the summer of 2023, the search for the Titan submersible sparked an international rescue operation and gripped public attention across the globe. This film examines the race to try to save five people on their dive to the wreck of the Titanic, and includes audio from the frantic global rescue operation that ultimately ended in tragedy. But why did this extraordinary expedition go so terribly wrong?

    Oscar-winner Kate Winslet joins the host to talk about playing the Second World War photojournalist Lee Miller in the biopic Lee. Christmas comes early as Dwayne Johnson and Lucy Liu chat about their comedy action adventure Red One, while Jennifer Lopez promotes the heartfelt sports drama Unstoppable, alongside leading man Jharrel Jerome. Plus, Celeste performs This Is Who I Am
