A brand new term is set to kick off at Waterloo Road and a new trailer has dropped to prove that drama isn’t just a subject on the curriculum.
Regular viewers of the BBC school drama will know that there isn’t a day that goes by without some level of chaos, and it seems that the new series will be no exception.
The students are reeling following the arrest of Danny Lewis (Adam Abbou) at the end of last series, and it seems they have yet to learn their lesson from their previous protest, as they once again take to chanting outside the school gates.
Elsewhere, headteacher Kim Campbell (Angela Griffin) is struggling to keep the school out of special measures, while the rest of her staff seem intent on causing more trouble than the pupils.
Her knight in shining armour may be on the case though, as former flame Andrew Treneman (Jamie Glover) makes his return to the school.

Will he provide a helping hand, or is he there with an ulterior motive?
Of course, no school drama is complete without a blossoming romance or two, and love is definitely in the air in this trailer.
Following their kiss last term, Kai Sharif (Adam Ali) and Preston Walters (Noah Valentine) seemingly go public with their relationship, while sparks are also set to fly between Danny Lewis and Samia Choudhry (Priyasasha Kumari).
