Vladimir Putin ‘has survived seven assassination attempts’
The Metro says Vladimir Putin is now believed to have survived seven attempts on his life after reports his limousine was allegedly attacked earlier this week.
The Kremlin has already refuted rumours, which first circulated on an anonymous Telegram channel, about the attack on the Russian president.
Asked whether this was accurate, spokesperson Dmitry Peskov replied with a ‘no’, Russian state media reported.
According to General SVR channel, the car the war leader was travelling in was hit by ‘a loud bang from the left front wheel followed by heavy smoke’.
