    Ukraine LIVE: Hammer blow to Putin as CIA spies and British Commandos travel to help Kyiv

    Daily Express says CIA SPIES and British Commandos are reportedly in Ukraine training local troops in another blow to Vladimir Putin.

    President Joe Biden previously said he would not deploy US troops into Ukraine but now the CIA is said to be orchestrating the intelligence-sharing operation. Other NATO countries, including France and Canada, have also been in Ukraine training local troops after President Volodymyr Zelensky’s continued calls for more support. It comes as Russian troops continue fighting to capture Lysychansk, the last major city still held by Ukrainian troops in eastern Luhansk province.
