Twitter takes Elon Musk to court as he backs down from $44billion takeover bid
The Daily Express : TWITTER has officially begun legal proceedings against Elon Musk after he backed out of his $44billion (£37million) deal to buy the social media giant.
New York Times correspondent Kate Conger tweeted a picture of the lawsuit, which states that the Tesla billionaire “refused to honour his obligations” because “the deal he signed no longer serves his personal interests”.
