Twin sisters, 18, shot dead in execution shown live on Instagram in horrifying stream
The Daily Mirror says: Amália and Amanda Alves were shot dead in a horrific execution that was live-streamed on Instagram. It’s reported the shooting happened because the women knew ‘too much’ about incidents involving drug dealers
Two sisters have been shot dead in a gangland execution shown on a horrifying Instagram livestream.
Footage from the shooting has since been viewed thousands of times, the Daily Star reports.
The women, both mothers, have been named locally as Amália and Amanda Alves.
The young women’s bodies were sadly found just hours later after they were killed on the side of a road behind a property complex in Pacajus, Brazil.
Amanda Alves has left behind a three-year-old daughter, whilst her twin sister Amália Alves had become a mum to a son who was only six-months-old.
A teen suspect in the case has been arrested on suspicion of the bloodbath and Mateus Abreu, only 17-years-old, is being questioned by cops.
