Trump to let Putin keep seized land
- Donald Trump will let Vladimir Putin keep almost all the territory he has seized from Ukraine under the terms of a proposed peace deal.
- The body of Pope Francis has been taken from Casa Santa Marta to St Peter’s Basilica, where he will lie in state until his funeral on Saturday.
- The procession saw the pope’s coffin carried through the Piazza Santa Marta and Piazza dei Protomartiri Romani before entering the basilica in front of huge crowds of mourners.
- Cardinal Kevin Farrell led the prayer ahead of the pontiff’s coffin being moved.
