Former Conservative Party leader Sir Iain Duncan Smith is leading the battle cry for tougher action – one of the MPs targeted by hackers. He told the Daily Express that China must be labelled a “threat to Britain” after reports of a cyber attack against MPs. Sir Iain is a member of the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China, which scrutinises, and often criticises, the activities of Beijing.
