Top WWE superstar pulled from match on medical grounds just hours before Raw
WWE superstar Ivar has been pulled from Monday Night Raw just hours before tonight’s show in Chicago.
The 40-year-old wrestler, whose Viking Raiders tag team partner Erik is currently out of action due to injury, had been due to face Andrade El Idolo but the bout has now been scrapped.
Announcing the news in a social media video, Raw General Manager Adam Pearce said: ‘Sometimes in our industry you’ll hear the phrase “card subject to change”, and today’s one of those days.
‘Ivar is medically unable to compete tonight which means Andrade new opponent, and a new opponent he has in Imperium’s Giovanni Vinci.’
