Dwayne Johnson put our Christmas gifts to shame as he surprised his daughters with guinea pigs.

The Black Adam actor shared a sweet video of the moment youngsters Jasmine and Tiana – who he shares with wife Lauren Hashian – locked eyes on their new additions, as well as a mountain of other presents.

In the brief clip, they could be seen running to check out their gifts – before letting out excited screams when they spotted the pets.

‘GUINEA PIGS!!! Hope all of you out there and your families had a wonderful Christmas,’ the 50-year-old wrote beside the upload.

‘This year I started a new tradition where I would wake up at 5am (regardless of what time I went to sleep – which was 1am) shower, get dressed and be downstairs waiting for the little tornados to wake up and come down and wreak complete havoc & chaos.

‘Man as a daddy I live for these moments of joy & Christmas imagination.

‘Hey Santa, thanks big man for all the cool stuff you left for my little ones.

‘Hope you enjoyed the tequila I left ya. Love, Dwanta.’

Dwayne, who is also dad to Simone Alexandra from a previous relationship, also proved his generosity as he gifted his mom with a very swanky Louis Vuitton box.

Our presents must be in the post…

The Hollywood icon has had a busy year, with Black Adam finally hitting the big screen after months of teasing.

He recently shed light on his superhero future after speculation of a shake-up to the DC universe.

Last week, Dwayne revealed he had spoken to newly crowned DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn, and it had been decided that his character would not appear in the ‘first chapter of storytelling’.

In a lengthy statement on social media, he said: ‘My passionate friends, I wanted to give you a long-awaited Black Adam update regarding the character’s future in the new DC Universe.

‘James Gunn and I connected, and Black Adam will not be in their first chapter of storytelling. However, DC and Seven Bucks have agreed to continue exploring the most valuable ways Black Adam can be utilized in future DC multiverse chapters.

‘James and I have known each other for years and have always rooted for each other to succeed. It’s no different now, and I will always root for DC (and Marvel) to win and WIN BIG.

Dwayne added that it had taken more than a decade of work to get Black Adam on the big screen.

He concluded: ‘I will always listen to you and do my best to deliver and entertain you.’
