A “blitz on outdated EU red tape” lies ahead, according to the Daily Express. The paper says the move to “unleash the benefits of Brexit” will save British companies £1bn a year.

Online, the Sun leads with Mason Greenwood, saying forensic cops were seen entering the Manchester United players’ mansion.

The Independent leads with the story that the NHS is struggling to identify its unvaccinated staff, claiming there are ‘gaping holes’ in records ahead of the looming deadline for mandatory jabs.

A policy blitz, Brexit bill, and a visit to Ukraine are on the agenda for the prime minister this week, The Guardian says, as he tries to “seize back control”.
