This Morning star Josie Gibson has opened up on getting in shape and revealed her weight loss ahead of her I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! stint.
The 38-year-old is joining the likes of Nigel Farage and Jamie-Lynn Spears as she takes on Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly’s bushtucker trials.
And she’ll be kicking off the reality TV stint with a bang, having already been announced as one of the first stars up for the opening challenge – which sounds pretty brutal.
She’s now revealed how she’s stayed in shape for the jungle, having slimmed down from a size 18 to a size 14.
Josie however admitted: ‘I don’t feel like I’m in great shape but before I knew I was doing this I did hire a personal trainer.’
She’s since been weight training and going on 5k runs with her hairdresser.

She went on, according to Mail Online: ‘It’s finding the time, because I am here, there and everywhere and then I’ve got Reggie.
‘So it is I find it really, really hard just finding a bit of time for myself but I’ve been on top of it.
‘The only thing I haven’t done and probably should have is got myself ready for this eating wise. But I haven’t.

Josie added that while she understands why some people opt for weight loss jabs, she doesn’t want to ‘mess around’ with her body, and prefers the ‘natural route’.
The TV presenter’s first meal in the camp will weigh on a brutal first challenge, which she’s up for with politician Farage, 59, and YouTube star Nella Rose.
They’ll be dropped in the heart of the sizzling Australian outback 2000 miles away from the rest of the campmates, who are situated on the Gold Coast.
Rather than kicking back and learning about each other, they’ll have to get to work pretty quickly to win stars, and therefore food, for everyone.
The trio will see nothing but red dessert, as they have to work together as a team in the scorching heat to ensure success for the whole camp. No pressure then!
I’m A Celebrity launches on Sunday, November 19, at 9pm on ITV.
