Taylor Swift fans were finally Ready For It after her Nashville show was delayed for four hours due to severe weather warnings.
Lightning in the area meant fans had to remain in Shelter in Place until the storm passed and the show could go on.
The pop superstar, 33, was finally able to Shake It Off (okay, we’ll stop now) and perform her third show at the city’s Nissan Stadium as part of her ongoing Eras tour.
The venue announced the show would go on via Twitter, referencing Taylor’s hit song Sparks Fly: ‘Drop everything now … meet me in the pouring rain. Shelter in Place has officially been lifted. Fans, please start making your way to your seats. Once production wraps up, Taylor Swift will hit the stage.’
The singer also revealed she would be hitting the stage at a slightly later time than expected in an Instagram post, saying: ‘Moved by these beautiful, generous Nashville crowds!!!! I just can’t believe it. PS I know there’s talk of a rainy weather vibe tonight but I’m ready to play, see you sooon!!’
It comes after the All Too Well hitmaker announced she would be releasing a re-recorded version of her hit album Speak Now, releasing three new songs from the album to send fans into a frenzy.

She also released a previously unheard single, All Of The Girls You Loved Before, that the singer-songwriter penned about her ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn.
Taylor has been at the centre of new romance rumours after The 1975’s Matt Healy performed at the star’s Nashville show on Saturday.
Matt, 34, joined opening act Phoebe Bridgers on stage, in a skeleton outfit with his guitar in hand.

During the show, fans reckon they spotted Matt and Taylor mouthing secret messages to each other, with the latter pausing to share a secret with the camera as she walked across the stage.
She was filmed saying the words: ‘This is about you, you know who you are. I love you’, before launching into her song Cardigan.
It comes after Matt was spotted at another of Taylor’s shows on Friday, with one eagle-eyed fan noticing him in the crowd in a VIP section and quickly snapping a photo.
The fan – @Kimbrrlee_ – wrote on Twitter: ‘MATTY HEAL HERE CONFIRMED.’
Reports that Taylor and Matt were an item first emerged from the Sun, where it was claimed they were ‘madly in love’ even though it was ‘early days’.
They were ‘really excited just to go public with their love,’ the source added.
‘Neither of them want any secrets, or to hide away. The plan is for Matty to walk out on stage mid-show and play two songs.’
