1000-Lb Sisters fans have heaped praise on Tammy Slaton after she was seen standing up by herself in new photos.
The TLC star has given viewers a front-row seat into her transformation, and recently went under the knife for further surgery after dropping nearly 200lbs.
She had been getting around with the aid of a walker or a wheelchair, and an oxygen tank, for years, before checking herself into a food rehab center to get further help.
In rare new photos from sibling Amy Slaton’s Instagram page, the 36-year-old was seen standing without help, surrounded by pals.
She smiled widely for the pictures, posing in a black jumper with white skeleton detailing, paired with black tracksuit bottoms and shoes.
Followers couldn’t get enough of the uploads, and flooded the comments below with congratulatory messages for the reality star’s hard work.

Tammy has taken viewers on her journey to lose weight, which hit a worrying setback last year when she was rushed to hospital after she stopped breathing at a rehab center.
She returned to the treatment center after leaving hospital and became even more focused on her goals, having previously weighed 717lbs at her heaviest.
Her hard work paid off in the latest season of 1000-Lb Sisters when she was informed that she was able to undergo an operation.
‘When I got on the scale and I saw the scale was at 534.7, I stopped breathing for a second,’ she told the camera in a recent episode.

‘I’m like 14lbs under my goal weight. From over 700, that’s a huge drop.
‘I did that! I’m feeling thrilled, proud, excited – just all the emotions.
‘I proved everybody wrong. Everybody that doubted me, I finally got my told-you-so moment!’
